Neil Ferguson served with distinction for many years as Chief Clerk of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly and previously with the Office of the Legislative Counsel. His knowledge, expertise, and unwavering commitment to parliamentary institutions earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues across the political spectrum. Throughout his career, Neil was a steady, guiding presence in the halls of Province House, offering advice, insight, and mentorship to countless legislators and staff members alike.
